These are the full terms and conditions for our giveaway on Instagram. By calling at the contest date and time, you agree.
FOR A CHANCE TO WIN:
Be caller #13 on Friday, February 13th, 2026, starting at 1:13pm (PST - Vancouver); and be a qualifying participant as outlined below; and be otherwise determined and decided by the organizers to be the winner at its sole discretion. The phone number to call is only posted on Instagram, or can be provided by email (for the visually impaired, etc.)
TO QUALIFY:
1. No purchase is necessary, but you must be following both @circa.nada and @kurtislemon on Instagram prior to 1:13pm PST on Friday, February 13th, 2026. If it’s determined by the organizers during the verification process that you were not following one or both accounts prior to this date and time (i.e. you followed during your call) then you are disqualified.
2. You must be a legal resident of Canada and calling from within Canada. You will be asked to demonstrate this in a matter determined to be satisfactory by the organizers (i.e. showing government-issued ID on a private video call). Should this requirement not be met immediately during the verification process, you are disqualified. Please have your ID ready.
3. You must be of legal age in the province or territory in which you are calling or have a parent or legal guardian present during your call and the verification process. If it’s determined that you are not of legal age and/or without a legal guardian present, you are disqualified.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A. You agree that all decision and determinations, whether covered by these terms and conditions or not, are at the sole discretion of the organizers and accepted as final.
B. You understand that this contest and your phone call will be livestreamed on Instagram to the public and/or recorded in other ways, as well as used later for marketing purposes by the organizers, which you hereby consent to. Please do not share any personal information on the portion of the call which is livestreamed that you wouldn’t want shared with the public (i.e. address, phone number, etc.) In the case of a technical malfunction with the livestream, the contest will continue uninterrupted and results will not be affected.
C. You understand that the phone number and network provider you are calling is cellular, and therefore not designed or intended for mass call taking or contests. In the case of a technical malfunction which results in the organizers being unable to receive any calls whatsoever, and therefore unable to reach the 13th caller, the contest may continue or be cancelled in real time according to the situation at hand. This will be apparent and communicated by the organizers during the livestream, so you are strongly encouraged to watch the livestream while making call attempts to be kept informed of this contest’s status.
D. This contest is meant to be won by a recipient who intends to attend the concert with one guest. As such, to prevent scalping and reselling, you understand that the organizers will either: personally escort you and your guest into the concert venue while retaining ownership of the tickets; or, if the organizers are unable to attend or escort you inside, the tickets will be transferred into your name via Ticketmaster not sooner than a few hours before showtime. Sorry, this is not negotiable.
E. In the event the winner is unable to attend the concert for any reason, the organizer reserves the right to determine what to do (up to and including forfeiture).
F. In the event of participant disqualification by both the 13th caller and any backup callers, the organizer will run the contest again at a future date and time.
G. The organizer reserves the right the alter or edit these terms and conditions, or cancel the contest, at any time prior to February 13 at 13:00:00 PST. Participants are encouraged to re-read these terms and conditions just prior to calling (between 13:00 and 13:13) to be sure there have not been any changes made with which they no longer agree. Only the terms and conditions posted here at 13:00:00 PST on February 13th, 2026, are official and applicable.
